Scott is the Director of Agronomy at The Club at Sunrise, the owner of Sutton Irrigation Auditing and SS Equipment. Scott holds the following (among many) credentials:  

- Certified Golf Irrigation Auditor 

- Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor 

- Certified Irrigation Contractor. 

He has worked in the Las Vegas Valley for over 40+ years in the golf and irrigation industry. He has supervised the construction of 7 golf courses in the Las Vegas Valley. Scott's passion for the green industry is the reason he Founded SNVIA. He hopes to pass along his knowledge to the next generation of irrigation professionals. 

Tom Raden is the Director of Water Management for Par 3 Landscape Management – Irrigation Services in Las Vegas Nevada. He is the founding member of the “Water Smart Technology Group”. 

 Tom has 40+ years of experience in the field of computerized landscape water management, as a designer, installer, operator, business owner, business development manager, trainer, and service provider. 

Tom has held many irrigation credentials over the years.

Jay Austin is the regional manager with Ewing Outdoor Supply in Southern Nevada. He has worked on the irrigation distributor side for 30+ years in the Las Vegas valley. 

He has provided and assisted with irrigation materials and landscape supplies on dozens of high-profile projects in the Las Vegas.  Working on irrigation system and smart controllers on the Las Vegas boulevard strip to providing irrigation material and assisting with the soil moisture sensors at Allegiant Stadium and intermountain health performance center. Jay's passion is for the green industry and smart watering irrigation systems. 

Jay was awarded the Hunter Trailblazer award in 2006.  

Chad Mosier is the Las Vegas Account Manager for Ewing Outdoor Supply. 

During his 18-year tenure, he has become proficient in the following areas: residential, commercial, golf, water conservation, agronomy, outdoor lighting, holiday lighting, water works, pumps, drainage systems, among many others. 

He has a passion for the irrigation industry with a focus on water conservation. Being in the Las Vegas market just shy of 

10 years, he has become a valuable resource to anyone looking to save water in any way they can. 

 Tracy is a District Sales Manager for SiteOne Landscape Supply.  She has been in the green industry for 12 years and in the construction industry for over 25 years.  She is currently working in mostly new construction with landscape contractors on parks, streetscapes, commercial and residential projects.  Tracy is verse in all aspects of landscaping including: irrigation, pumps, central control, hardscapes and lighting.  Working hands-on with contractors is her approach to helping them learn and grow with the constant industry technology changes. 

Dennis has worked in the Conservation department with the Southern Nevada Water Authority and Las

Vegas Valley Water District for the past 23 years. In that time, he has served as a Coordinator for both

single family and multi-family conservation programs. Dennis also has experience working in Southern

Nevada as an irrigation professional in the golf and commercial landscape industries. He has an

Associates Degree in Ornamental Horticulture and is a Certified Landscape Auditor and Certified

Arborist.

 Hillery Francis is a Conservation Programs Coordinator within the Enterprise Conservation Division for the Southern Nevada Water Authority.  She oversees multi-family and homeowner association property participation in SNWA’s water efficiency and rebate programs.   Hillery has been with SNWA since 2004 – her entire tenure dedicated to pursuing Southern Nevada’s water conservation goals.  Hillery has a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Auburn University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She is an ISA Certified Arborist and a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor.   

Salina Sutton-Jensen, CLIA is the Vice President of Sutton Irrigation Auditing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Salina is a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor, and although her career in the irrigation industry is not as long as her fellow board members, she shares with them the same goals, better education for irrigation professionals in Southern Nevada. 

As a 3rd Generation Las Vegas Native, she has witnessed the water levels in Lake Mead drop over the years and is passionate about doing her part to make sure SNVIA makes successful strides towards protecting our precious water resources. 

 Brad is the Director of Operations at Par 3 Landscape Maintenance. He has been in the green industry for 20+ years, specializing in irrigation management. Brad received a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticultural Science, Design/Build from Brigham Young University – Idaho. He competed in the National Collegiate Landscape Competition and won many irrigation events over several years of the competition.

Brad developed the irrigation division at Par 3 and worked closely with their water manager to provide Smart Controller retrofits and irrigation system upgrades/replacements that have saved billions of gallons of water throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
